Joy 5 Hotel & SPA

The hotel is modern and clean. The view on the river is romantic, especially during breakfast time. The room is big and with all the comforts. There is a small SPA room with jacuzzi and sauna and you can use them every day. The breakfast is a bit expensive but it's worth!

Sooooooooo great experience. especially the A1 apartment. So good and warm room with great view outside area. Everything is just fantastic! Also all the stuffs are so nice and friendly. The breakfast is also so great and delicious. I got lots of choices and the coffee is just great as well. And is included in the room fee. Love joy 5 so much and I’m sure I’ll come back again. This is a really nice and comfortable little hotel to stay in. The rooms are of a good size and had Air Conditioning, TV, good wifi, and a nice big window which opened very wide. There is also a safe and a very well stocked Mini Bar. Both the Old Town and New Belgrade are both very easily accessible on foot or by bus (which is cheap and easy to purchase a ticket for). We did not use the Spa, which looked like an inside Hot Tub but I am sure that is also lovely. The breakfast is adequate, there is a selection of cold meats, pastries, fruit, cereal and some hot food, as well as barista made coffee which is an acceptable standard. The views from Breakfast are stunning on a nice day, it was lovely to eat overlooking a sunny Danube; we also had this lovely view from our room due to having a river-view room. Overall this is a very good property if you don't mind being a little bit out of the way, we would definitely stay here again.

I booked the hotel prior to my trip to Belgrade. My flight was delayed and I contacted the hotel to let them know about my late check in. I received a response immediately from Marko Andesilic, who was very helpful. He advised me on the best way to get taxi and how to get to the property. The hotel is located in a park on the Danube river. I liked the approach to the hotel with a nice wooden bridge. The 24-hour front desk meant a lot to me when I arrived late. Check in was fast and smooth, as was the fast internet connection. The room was well equipped with everything I needed. Comfortable bed with nice white linen, bathroom was well equipped and clean. And best of all, I liked that I got a room with a view of the Danube, which I didn't ask for. Even though it was winter and very late, the view of the water had a special feeling. The only thing I asked was that I have a late check out, but they were not sure if it was possible or not, so I left earlier than the arranged check out time. I didn't try the breakfast, but I saw that the restaurant had a nice arrangement of tables overlooking the river. It is close to the Usce shopping center, which can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. I believe it is very nice and pleasant in summer.

A lovely quirky little hotel in a great location. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and especially the reception lady with the long brown hair (didn't get her name) so polite and helpful. Bed was super comfy and hotel is spotless. I also tried the spa which is small but was a nice addition to my stay. The entrance to the hotel is roughly a 2 minute walk through a parkland area but it has a little shuttle that brings you if you don't want to walk or need assistance. (it's really short though so don't be put off) all in all it was a lovely stay! Belgrade is a wonderful city!
